Information Pursuant to Legislative Decree No 196/2003

PURPOSES AND METHODS IN THE USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The personal information freely provided by you, with your express consent, will be used for the following purposes:
a) To provide you with the service previously indicated (hereinafter "Service") and freely chosen by you, and to enable Finder S.p.A. to carry out the survey relative to the service received.

You may refuse to allow use of your personal information for commercial or advertising purposes and request the complete updated list of all persons in charge of processing the data by writing to Finder S.p.A. - via Drubiaglio, 14 - 10040 Almese (Turin).

Art. 7. RIGHT OF ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION AND OTHER RIGHTS

1.Interested parties have the right to confirmation of the existence of any personal information that concerns them, even if not yet registered, and its transfer in intelligible form.

2.Interested parties have the right to obtain information regarding:

b)the purposes and methods of its use;

c)the logic applied in case of electronic use;

d)information identifying the possessor of the data, the personnel in charge and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, clause 2;

e)the persons or organisations or categories of persons or organisation to whom the personal information may be communicated or who may come into possession of such data as designated representative in the territory of the country, managers or agents.


3.Interested parties have the right to make change requests to:

a)update, review, correct or, if requested, complete their personal information;

b)cancel, transform into anonymous form or block personal information handled in violation of the law, including cases in which the information retained is not necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected or later processed;
